This site uses map images from Open Streetmap for background maps. Those images are fetched from Open Streetmap servers to your browser. Your browser or a server may also query Open Streetmap Nominatim to look up information on geographical locations.
Rider name, profile picture, city, club and a list with results can be published by the organiser, and should be regarded as public. The same also applies to stamps and status or position reports, with or without images. All of this information can be reported to, used by and published by Randonneurs Sweden, Randonneurs Mondiaux and other organisations in original or modified form. This includes usage for statistics or analysis without specific limits.
Contact information e-mail, phone and street address is not public. The organiser uses them only for contacting participants and sending login details. Contact information may also be shared with providers of goods or services if required for providing the goods or services to participants. Information on food preferences, orders and other preferences is only used within the organisation, and in orders to providers used by the organiser.
Information on gender and birth date can be used by the organiser and their organisations including Audax Club Parisienne and Randonneurs Mondiaux to identify rider between different rides, and for statistics and analysis.
Swedish law (Personuppgiftslagen) applies to personal data processing on this site.
